General Information

The photos on this page are of the original rear axle assembly from Robert Myhrer’s 1971 429 SCJ Mustang.  It was restored to concours level by Robert and Jeff Ford of Mustang Monthly magazine. The factory markings shown reproduced here were original to this axle assembly. Note that yours may be different, so be sure to look yours over carefully for all factory markings before restoration.
